Partnerships are critical to achieving long-term goals, but organizational approaches are often not systematic or well-prioritized. I work with my clients to help define which are mission-critical, and how to resource the right level of time and energy needed to manage them for success.

Understanding organizational dynamics is critical to diagnose challenges and identify where there may be some that are caused by other issues that need addressing to ensure any changes proposed, will be long-lasting.

Fundraising should support strategy and organizational strategies should drive fundraising, but often these are not clear and lead to confusion, re-work and mission drift. My role is to help ensure these are well connected and are reinforcing.

The right tools, frameworks and systems can boost an organization, but when things are unclear, it can often detract and derail development efforts.
